Loro Piana

Tradition and sophistication enclosed in a selling etiquette

Loro Piana, leading company in the processing of cashmere, vicuña and extra fine wools, has always pursued a mission: the search for excellence.

Excellence that is apparent not only in its ready-to-wear collections and accessories, but also in its desire to welcome customers as guests in its shops.

For this reason, the Italian luxury goods maison commissioned the Faenza Group to create a selling etiquette, a sort of guide for the brand’s store managers.

Loro Piana’s style, which draws on ancestral traditions combined with cutting-edge technology, is also evident in the print on Fedrigoni Arcoprint Extra White FSC paper used for the endpapers and the cover page, the latter printed in colour.

Technology and traditional craftsmanship: elements that led Loro Piana to choose Faenza Group

The Faenza Group’s experience in printing Company Profiles, combined with continuous research into technological evolution, has allowed us to accompany Loro Piana on this journey towards creating a narrative of the company’s values. Values that aim to delight customers, who are pampered from the moment they enter the store.

Every detail is meticulously taken care of: the stitched hardback, the cover laminated with 2mm extra white cardboard, the square spine with no endbands.

Finally, the manual application of a 6.8 cm x 8.7 cm sachet with a 6.5 cm x 1.5 cm window printed in digital Pantone and designed to contain the store manager’s business card, a guide that accompanies guests on their discovery of the finest cashmere, merino wool, cotton and linen yarns.

A product that fully reflects the values of Loro Piana’s Selling Etiquette.
